Disaster Case Management Program
The DCMP is a collaborative effort between a case manager and survivor to identify and address unmet needs, develop a comprehensive recovery plan, and provide necessary support. (Underinsured & No Insurance are highly encouraged to register)

State Supplemental Grant Program
CDSS administers a 100% state-funded grant called SSGP to help individuals in disaster areas declared by the President. To be eligible, individuals must have applied to FEMA and maximized their IHP award. FEMA automatically transmits application information to SSGP, without a separate process. If you have any question about the SSGP, you may contact at 1-800-759-6807 or TTY number is 1-800-952-8349
